Tornadoes

Tornadoes are most common in the midwest United States. This is called Tornado Alley. Tornadoes occur most often here because cold fronts of air from Canada and warm fronts of air from the Gulf of Mexico collide to form thunderstorms. These thunderstorms sometime produce tornadoes.
